To direct the Secretary of Defense to carry out a program to protect United States students against foreign agents.

This bill requires the Department of Defense to develop and implement a program to prepare U.S. students studying abroad to recognize and protect themselves against recruitment efforts by foreign intelligence agents.

Referred to the Committee on Armed Services, and in addition to the Committee on Intelligence (Permanent Select), for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
