To amend the Fair Minimum Wage Act of 2007 to stop a scheduled increase in the minimum wage applicable to American Samoa and to provide that any future increases in such minimum wage shall be determined by the Secretary of Labor.

This bill amends the Fair Minimum Wage Act of 2007 to: (1) repeal the increases in the minimum wage applicable to American Samoa that are scheduled to begin every third year after September 30, 2015, and until such minimum wage is equal to the minimum wage paid to employees who are engaged in commerce as prescribed under the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938; and (2) require that the minimum wage there be increased instead by such amount and at such time as determined by the Department of Labor through special industry committees as in place before July 24, 2007.
