A bill to require the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to report on opioid prescribing rates of physicians of the Veterans Health Administration and to conduct pain management training for those physicians with the highest rates of opioid prescribing.

This bill directs the Department of Veterans Affairs to: (1) report at least annually to each Veterans Health Administration physician on his or her opioid prescribing rates, and (2) provide physicians who were among the highest opioid prescribers each fiscal year with pain management training.
