Protecting Taxpayers From Corruption Act
This bill takes away workers' compensation benefits from Members of Congress who are convicted of an offense relating to abuse of the public trust.
The Chief Administrative Officer of the House of Representatives shall submit a report to Congress listing each individual with respect to whom benefits and other payments were made from the Employees' Compensation Fund, on account of the injury or death of any current or former Member, officer, or employee of the House.
