To provide that certain current and former Federal employees and members of the Armed Forces may enroll in the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program, and for other purposes.

This bill declares that any current or former federal employee, including any member or veteran of the Armed Forces, who is not otherwise eligible to enroll in the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program, may enroll in such program beginning in 2018.

Referred to the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, and in addition to the Committee on Ways and Means, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
