United States Library Trust Fund Act
This bill amends the Internal Revenue Code to: (1) establish in the Treasury the United States Library Trust Fund, and (2) allow taxpayers to designate a portion of any tax overpayment (not less than $1) to the fund. The bill also authorizes public libraries or public school libraries to receive grants from the fund.
