- stresses the importance of continuing to provide Egypt with the current levels of military assistance, and
- supports greater academic cooperation between the United States and Egypt.
Calls for:
- an increase to pre-FY2009 levels of U.S. economic aid to Egypt;
- the President to reinstate cash flow financing to Egypt in 2018 and afterwards; and
- the expansion of the Qualified Industrial Zones Program.
