Waste Whistleblower Protection Resolution - Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that, in order to avoid unnecessary consequences of sequestration, federal employees should be: (1) encouraged to submit suggestions for ways to make budget reductions within their employing department or agency, and (2) reminded of their protections under the whistleblower protection laws.
