Protecting America's Sovereignty Act

Prohibits the President from entering into any free trade agreement or investment treaty with a foreign country or countries that grants foreign investors the right to access an international tribunal to seek cash damages from or injunctive relief against the U.S. government if such investors believe that U.S. actions are in breach of rights conferred on foreign investors in the agreement or treaty.
