Protecting Youth from Solitary Confinement Act

This bill amends the federal criminal code to prohibit solitary confinement for juveniles in federal custody at juvenile facilities.

The Bureau of Prisons must report on the rate of juvenile solitary confinement and the trends demonstrated by analyzing data for each juvenile who was subject to solitary confinement.
