This bill authorizes and appropriates funds to increase veterans access to Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) health care, including by: (1) hiring primary and specialty care physicians and other medical staff, (2) establishing medical residency programs and increasing residency positions, and (3) improving VA health facility infrastructure.
