Firearms Manufacturers and Dealers Protection Act of 2017
This bill prohibits the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Department of Justice, or any other federal agency from using funds to carry out Operation Choke Point or any other program designed to discourage financial institutions from providing credit to, or processing payments for, dealers and manufacturers of firearms and ammunition.
