Preventive Services Medicare Parity Act of 2016
This bill amends title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act to: (1) provide for Medicare coverage of certain preventive services for which coverage is required by group and individual health insurance plans, and (2) revise the authority of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to use the process for making national coverage determinations with respect to determining coverage of additional preventive services.
