Veteran Mental Health Care Expansion Act of 2016
This bill provides that a bar on veterans benefits shall not apply to counseling and related mental health services for an individual if the Department of Veterans Affairs determines that, at the time of the commission of an offense leading to such individual's court-martial, discharge, or resignation, such individual had a service-connected disability related to mental health.
