Increasing State Flexibility in Care Coordination for the Most Vulnerable Act of 2017
This bill amends title XIX (Medicaid) of the Social Security Act to allow a state Medicaid program to require enrollment with a managed care entity as a condition of Medicaid enrollment with respect to individuals who: (1) are younger than 19 years of age and have certain special needs, or (2) are dually eligible for Medicare.
