This bill amends the Communications Act of 1934 to require the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to establish cybersecurity standards that radio frequency equipment must meet throughout its lifecycle (design, installation, and retirement) in order to be certified under the FCC's technical standards for equipment authorization.
