Opioid Addiction Risk Transparency Act
This bill amends the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to authorize the Food and Drug Administration to require a communication plan that is part of a medication's risk evaluation and mitigation strategy to include informing health care providers about the meaning of terms related to properties of the medication described in the labeling.What just happenedMay 4, 2017
