United States-Israel Alzheimer's Disease Cooperation Act
This bill directs the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to establish a program of grants to support research on the development and commercialization of tools, treatments, and cures for Alzheimer's disease and other dementias. Supported projects must be joint ventures between U.S. and Israeli non-governmental entities or the U.S. and Israeli governments.
HHS must establish an advisory board to monitor the method by which grants are awarded and to provide performance reviews of actions taken to carry out this bill.
