(Sec. 1) This bill allows the Agreement for Cooperation Between the Government of the United States of America and the Government of the Kingdom of Norway Concerning Peaceful Uses of Nuclear Energy, completed on June 11, 2016, to be brought into effect as if all requirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 for congressional consideration of such agreement had been satisfied.

Upon entering into effect, such agreement shall be subject to the provisions of the Atomic Energy Act and any other applicable U.S. law as if it had come into effect in accordance with such requirements.
