PIPE Act of 2016

Prosecuting Irresponsible Pipeline Explosions Act of 2016 or the PIPE Act of 2016

This bill imposes criminal penalties upon persons who recklessly damage or destroy certain gas pipelines or hazardous liquid pipelines through deliberate indifference to or conscious disregard of the consequences of their conduct.
