Directs the Secretary of the Interior and the Administrator of General Services to convey sepcified public and acquired lands in the State of Nevada to the county of Mineral, Nevada. States that payment for such land, as specified, shall be paid by the county into the Treasury no later than five years after the county is notified of the cost.
