Condor Range and Rivers Act of 1989

Condor Range and Rivers Act of 1989 - Designates the following lands in the Los Padres National Forest, California, as components of the National Wilderness Preservation System: (1) Sespe Wilderness; (2) Pinos-Badlands Wilderness; (3) Matilija Wilderness; (4) San Rafael Wilderness Addition; (5) Garcia Wilderness; (6) Silver Peak Wilderness; and (7) Ventana Wilderness Addition.

Amends the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act to add specified segments of the following creeks and rivers in California to the Wild and Scenic Rivers system: (1) Sespe Creek; (2) Sisquoc River and tributaries; (3) Big Sur River; (4) Little Sur River; (5) Arroyo Seco River; (6) Lopez Creek; (7) Matilija Creek; and (8) Piru Creek. Subjects other specified segments of the Big and Little Sur Rivers and Lopez Creek to study for possible inclusion in such system.
