Reducing Duplicative and Ineffective Federal Funding Act

(Sec. 2) This bill repeals the program of block grants to states for social services under title XX (Block Grants to States for Social Services) of the Social Security Act, except those for:

  • demonstration projects to address health professions workforce needs, and
  • the program for early detection of certain medical conditions related to environmental health hazards.
