Amends the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act to designate a specified segment of the Illabot Creek in Skagit County, Washington, as a component of the National Wild and Scenic Rivers System.
Amends the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act to designate a specified segment of the Illabot Creek in Skagit County, Washington, as a component of the National Wild and Scenic Rivers System.
Prohibits the Secretary of Agriculture (USDA) from acquiring lands or interests within the boundaries of the Illabot Creek Wild and Scenic River by condemnation.
Specifies this Act's effect on the creation of protective perimeters and buffer zones.
Prohibits the inclusion of private and non-federal property within the River's boundaries without the owner's written consent.
