A bill entitled "The Small Business Emergency Assistance Act of 1982."

Requires the Administrator of the Small Business Administration to provide loans or loan guarantees to businesses affected by the economic dislocation resulting from the 1982 devaluation of the Mexican peso, at the interest rates prescribed for disaster loans to small businesses under the Small Business Act (i.e., at a rate not to exceed eight percent per annum).
