Emergency Natural Gas Act - Directs the Federal Power Commission to grant relief from any existing natural gas allocation plan to producers of fertilizer and agricultural chemicals which require natural gas for their production, when necessary to prevent the impairment of such production. Exempts from this provision such amounts of natural gas as are required by residential and small commercial users.
Provides that this Act shall expire on December 31, 1975.
