Vietnam Veterans Donor Acknowledgment Act of 2013 - Directs the Secretary of the Interior to allow the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund, Inc. (Fund) to acknowledge donor contributions to the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Visitor Center by displaying, inside the Center, an appropriate statement or credit.

Requires the Fund to: (1) bear all display expenses; and (2) prior to such display, submit to the Secretary for approval a display plan.

Requires the Secretary to approve such plan if it: (1) allows only short, discrete, and unobtrusive acknowledgments or credits; (2) does not permit any advertising slogans or company logos; and (3) conforms to applicable National Park Service guidelines for indoor recognition.

Allows the Fund, if a plan is not approved, to resubmit a revised plan.

Requires such acknowledgments to: (1) be displayed inside a visitor center or other structure associated with the work; (2) conform to applicable National Park Service or GSA guidelines for such recognitions; (3) be limited to short, discrete, and unobtrusive acknowledgments or credits; and (4) not include any advertising slogans or company logos. Requires the sponsor, prior to such display, to submit for approval to the Secretary or Administrator a display plan. Provides for plan approval or, if necessary, resubmission of a revised plan.

Extends through November 17, 2018, the legislative authority of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund, Inc., to establish a Vietnam Veterans Memorial Visitor Center.
