Provides that, in any action involving the exercise of the power of eminent domain in which a United States district court has ordered the determination of the issue of compensation by a commission, an aggrieved defendant shall be entitled to a trial on the issue of compensation by a jury upon demand therefore made within 30 days after the filing of the report of the commission or within such further time as the court in its discretion may allow. (Adds 28 U.S.C. 1875)
