Tracking Foreign Fighters in Terrorist Safe Havens Act

(Sec. 2) This bill requires the Director of National Intelligence to submit reports to Congress every 180 days for two years regarding foreign fighter flows to and from terrorist safe havens abroad.

The reports must include, with respect to each terrorist safe haven, the total number of: (1) foreign fighters who have traveled or are suspected of having traveled to the terrorist safe haven since 2011, including their countries of origin; (2) U.S. citizens present in the terrorist safe haven; and (3) foreign fighters who have left the terrorist safe haven or whose whereabouts are unknown.

If a report is submitted in classified form, it must include an unclassified summary.
