Amends the Federal judicial code to provide that any justice of the Supreme Court or any circuit or district court judge convicted of a felony involving moral turpitude shall be suspended from office without pay pending the disposition of impeachment proceedings.
Provides that such justice's or judge's age and years of service for retirement purposes shall be the age and years of service attained as of the date of the guilty verdict, with an exception if such conviction is later reversed.
