National Biomedical Research Act
This bill establishes and makes deposits to the Biomedical Innovation Fund for initiatives at the National Institutes of Health and the Food and Drug Administration for advancing medical innovation, including the Precision Medicine Initiative, the Brain Research through Advancing Innovative Neurotechnologies Initiative, and the Cancer Moonshot Initiative.
