U.S.-Israel Global Neuroscience Partnership Act
This bill directs the Department of Health and Human Services to award grants to eligible entities for U.S.-Israel cooperative neuroscience research and related technological innovation.
The programs shall be carried out through the Small Business Innovation Research and Small Business Technology Transfer programs of the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
The bill establishes in NIH a U.S.-Israel Neuroscience Advisory Committee.
The grant program and the Committee are terminated seven years after enactment of this Act.
