IRGC Terrorist Sanctions Act of 2015
This bill directs the Department of the Treasury to report to Congress on:
- whether Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) meets the requirements for designation as a terrorist entity,
- whether an entity whose board of directors is controlled by members of the IRGC or by representatives of entities controlled by members of the IRGC is considered to be an entity controlled by the government of Iran, and
- factors used to determine control and a controlling interest.
