This bill amends the Public Health Service Act and revises the Harold Rogers Prescription Drug Monitoring Program to require a state receiving grant funds for a prescription drug monitoring program to make relevant prescription information available to all individuals authorized by the state to prescribe controlled substances, including nurse practitioners and physician assistants.What just happenedFeb 2, 2016
