Workforce Development Investment Act of 2015

Amends the Internal Revenue Code to allow a business-related tax credit of $2,000 for each community college or other institution of higher education engaged in a partnership with an employer to improve workforce development and job training for students. Allows a maximum credit of $10,000 in any taxable year.
