Keeping Moving to Work Promises Act
This bill directs the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to renew for a period of 10 years any Moving to Work demonstration program agreement with a public housing agency that: (1) provides for the use of an alternative operating fund formula, and (2) is in effect on the date of enactment of this Act.
HUD may not, in renewing an agreement, make any significant change to its financial terms.
