Southeast Alaska Native Land Conveyance Act - Directs the Secretary of the Interior to convey to Sealaska, the regional Alaska Native Corporation for southeast Alaska, specified federal land as partial fulfillment of its remaining land entitlement under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA).

Identifies the lands to be conveyed as 2 parcels of federal land comprising approximately 3,380 acres that are generally depicted on certain Sealaska Land Entitlement Finalization maps.

Subjects that conveyance to valid existing rights and the Secretary's identification and reservation, within two years of this Act's enactment, of public easements under the ANCSA.
