Hurricane Sand Dunes National Recreation Area Act of 2015
Establishes the Hurricane Sand Dunes National Recreation Area in Utah, consisting of approximately 18,447 acres of land managed by the Bureau of Land Management, to provide for the enhancement of recreational uses and the use of off-highway vehicles. Excludes 1,205 acres to be used in a land exchange under this Act.
Provides for the conveyance of federal lands in Washington County, Utah, in an equal-value exchange for certain non-federal lands.
