Purpose
An amendment to 1) prohibit the use of funds to be used by the Deparment of Energy or any other Federal agency to lease or purchase new light duty vehicles, for any executive fleet, or for any agency's fleet inventory, except in accordance with Presidential Memorandum-Federal Fleet Performance, dated May 24, 2011; 2) prohibit the use of funds for the purchase, operation, or maintenance of armed unmanned aerial vehicles; 3) prohibit the use of funds to be used in contravention of immigration laws.
