- Mr. Frelinghuysen raised a point of order against the Broun (GA) amendment (A005). Mr Frelinghuysen stated that the provisions of the Broun (GA) amendment propose to change the level of new budget authority in the bill by increasing the spending reduction account by more than the amount transferred out of other accounts. The Chair sustained the point of order.
