Amendment112th Congress
At the end of subtitle F of title V, add the following new section: SEC. 5__. REPORT ON NAVY REVIEW, FINDINGS, AND ACTIONS PERTAINING TO MEDAL OF HONOR NOMINATION OF MARINE CORPS SERGEANT RAFAEL PERALTA. Not later than 30 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Navy shall submit to the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and House of Representatives a report describing the Navy review, findings, and actions pertaining to the Medal of Honor nomination of Marine Corps Sergeant Rafael Peralta. The report shall account for all evidence submitted with regard to the case.

- An amendment numbered 77 printed in House Report 112-485 to require that the Navy, no later than 30 days after enactment, provide the Committee on House Armed Services with a report on the Navy's review, findings and actions pertaining to Medal of Honor nominee Marine Corps Sergeant Rafael Peralta; and would require that the report account for all evidence submitted.
