- Purpose
- An amendment to strike the existing text providing for grant criteria and to insert revised criteria specifying that the Secretary may provide grants to a sponsor of a primary airport or a public use airport that is not a primary airport for the construction or improvement of a non-approach control tower, as defined by the Secretary, and for acquisition and installation of air traffic control, communications, and related equipment to be used in that tower.
