At the end of the bill (before the short title) insert the following: LIMITATION ON USE OF FUNDS FOR POLYSTYRENE CONTAINERS SEC. 211. None of the funds made available in this Act may be used to obtain polystyrene containers for use in food service facilities of the House of Representatives.
