- Purpose
- An amendment that states not less than 10 percent of the funds made available by this Act for carrying out section 1703 of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 (42 U.S.C. 16513) shall be available for carrying out projects described in subsection (b)(4) of such section that use coolants different from those commercial technologies that are in service at the time the guarantee is issued.
