At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following new section: SEC. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to provide any of the following types of assistance to Chad: international military education and training (IMET), foreign military financing (FMF), provision of excess defense articles, foreign military forces capacity assistance (section 1206 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2006), and direct commercial sales of military equipment.
