Purpose
An amendment numbered 2 printed in part 2 of House Report 109-132 to add the Special Committee to Investigate Israeli Practices Affecting the Human Rights of the Palestinian People and Other Arabs of the Occupied Territories and any other entity the Secretary determines results in duplicative efforts or funding or fails to ensure balance in the approach to Israeli-Palestinian issues to the list of entities which the Department of State is directed to review and report on in order to avoid duplicative efforts and funding.
