Pursuant to the provisions of H.Res. 228, the amendment printed in Part A of the Rules Committee report, modified by the amendment printed in part B of the report shall be considered as adopted. The rule provides that the amendment printed in part C of the Rules Committee report, modified by the amendments printed in part D and part E of the report shall be considered as adopted.
