At the end of title X (page 218, after line 15), insert the following new section: \ SEC. 10__. SENSE OF CONGRESS ON PROHIBITION OF USE OF FUNDS FOR INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT. \ It is the sense of Congress that none of the funds appropriated pursuant to authorizations of appropriations in this Act should be used for any assistance to, or to cooperate with or to provide any support for, the International Criminal Court.
