At the end of the bill, add the following: \ SEC. __. SENSE OF THE CONGRESS. \ It is the sense of the Congress that, when considering a proposal for assistance for a project that is worth $10,000,000 or more, the management of the Export-Import Bank of the United States should have available for review a detailed assessment of the potential human rights impact of the proposed project.
