- Amendment increases funding for the Small Business Administration's 7(a) loan program.
- Purpose
- An amendment to reduce funding for the costs of conversion to narrowband communications, including the cost for operation and maintenance of Land Mobile Radio legacy systems, to reduce funding for the Capital Investment Fund, the Small Business Administration, salaries and expenses, and the administrative expenses to carry out the direct and guaranteed loan programs of the Business Loan Program Account.
